Welcome to Real Morocco Tours. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any enquiry or booking.

1. General

Real Morocco Tours is a travel agency specialising in tailor made and private tours across Morocco. These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients who use our website, submit a quote request, or book a tour with us. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for any changes.

2. Bookings and Reservations

All tours offered by Real Morocco Tours are tailor made and personalised to your requirements. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form and a deposit payment as agreed. Real Morocco Tours reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion. Once a booking is confirmed, any changes requested by the client may be subject to additional charges.

3. Pricing

Real Morocco Tours offers affordable private Morocco holidays that do not compromise on quality service, reliable transport or comfortable accommodation. We do not provide cheap tours but we can provide affordable tours for individuals, couples and small or large groups. Our tours are designed for the mid-level budget traveller but can be modified for those with a limited budget or for those seeking a more luxurious experience.

Your private Morocco holiday includes travel in an air-conditioned four wheel drive, the services of an English speaking local driver, accommodation and most dinners and breakfasts. Lunches, drinks and other extras such as entrance fees or tips are not included.

Tour costs vary based on the following factors:

• The season when you travel
• The number of people travelling – more travellers means less cost per person
• The number of days you want to be on tour
• Accommodation type – we usually provide mid-range accommodation in 3 star riads and/or hotels, however luxury or budget hotels can also be arranged
• One way or return travel – round trips cost less

All prices quoted are subject to change until a booking is confirmed with a deposit. Real Morocco Tours is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during the tour, including personal expenses, optional activities, visa fees, or travel insurance.

4. Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. Upon request, we will send an invoice with full payment details. Deposits can be paid via PayPal or by direct bank transfer. With PayPal, you can pay via an established PayPal account or use a credit card — please request a payment link once you receive your invoice. Receipts will be issued upon receipt of the deposit.

The remaining balance can be paid in cash (Euro or Moroccan Dirham) to the driver on commencement of the tour. Payment of the balance by credit card or direct bank transfer is also accepted but will incur a 4% fee. Payment of the initial deposit via PayPal does not attract a fee. Please refer to our tipping information when considering the total cost of your tour.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified to Real Morocco Tours in writing at info@realmoroccotours.com. The following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: full refund of deposit
• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before departure: refund of 50% of the deposit
• Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: Real Morocco Tours retains 100% of the deposit

Real Morocco Tours strongly recommends that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation costs and other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Changes by Real Morocco Tours

Real Morocco Tours reserves the right to make changes to your itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, political unrest, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative of equal or greater value. No refund will be issued for changes made due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Travel Insurance

Real Morocco Tours strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. This should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage, and any activities included in the tour. Real Morocco Tours will not be held liable for any costs arising from a client’s failure to obtain adequate insurance.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any required visas for entry into Morocco. Real Morocco Tours will not be held liable for any issues arising from a client’s failure to hold the correct travel documents. Clients are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards local culture, traditions, and fellow travellers throughout the tour.

9. Health and Medical Conditions

Clients must inform Real Morocco Tours of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. Real Morocco Tours will do its best to accommodate all reasonable requests but cannot guarantee suitability for all conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to consult a medical professional before travelling.

10. Liability

Real Morocco Tours acts as an organiser of tours and excursions in Morocco. We will not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, or the acts of third party suppliers. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tour.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint during your tour, please bring it to the attention of your guide or Real Morocco Tours representative immediately so that we may resolve it as quickly as possible. Complaints submitted after the tour must be made in writing to info@realmoroccotours.com within 14 days of the end of the tour. We will respond within 28 days of receiving your complaint.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
